Learning from notes

From a passage to a card, from a page to a deck

Select a passage to create a pre-filled flashcard, or embed a whole deck in your page to read and review together.

  • Create cards from a selection; Doopi remembers the last deck
  • Embedded decks show progress and open a quick peek in place
  • Sub-pages and inline comments to organise ideas

How to use it

From notes to long-term memory

Write to understand, make cards to remember.

  1. 1

    Take notes

Summarise lectures, books or exam material on one page.

  2. 2

    Pick the key ideas

Select the concepts to remember and turn them into cards on the spot.

  3. 3

    Review regularly

Cards join your spaced-repetition schedule; the page stays for rereading.

Frequently asked questions

Which blocks does the editor support?

Headings, lists, to-do lists, tables, quotes, callouts, toggles, Q&A blocks, columns, math, code blocks, images, video, a table of contents, sub-page links and embedded decks.

Can I split a long document into pages?

Yes. Type “/page” to create a sub-page inside the document; the breadcrumb at the top takes you back to the parent.

Will I lose what I type if my connection drops?

Doopi keeps a draft in your browser while you type and syncs it as soon as it can, so a flaky connection won’t cost you your notes.
