These terms govern your use of Doopi — a study app for flashcards, documents and review sessions operated by the Doopi team. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
1.Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing in or using Doopi, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

3.Your content
Decks, cards, documents, notes, media files and anything else you create or upload ("Content") remain yours.
You grant Doopi permission to store, back up, process and display your Content only as needed to run the service for you. We do not use your Content for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.
You confirm that you have the right to upload your Content and that it does not break the law or infringe the rights of others.
4.Prohibited conduct
When using Doopi, you must not:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or is abusive, violent or sexually explicit.
- Use the service to spread malware, spam or scams.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or other people's data.
- Interfere with, overload or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission.

5.Plans and payment
Doopi currently offers a Free plan with some limits on the number of decks and cards. We do not take payments inside the app yet.
When paid plans become available, prices, benefits, billing cycles and the refund policy will be clearly shown before you buy.
6.Intellectual property
The Doopi name, logo, interface, source code and documentation belong to the Doopi team and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any ownership of the service beyond the right to use it as described here.
7.Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the system. Where possible, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
8.Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep Doopi stable and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for every particular purpose. Please keep your own backups of important content.

To the extent permitted by law, the Doopi team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including data loss or interrupted study.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of the page; for significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
