Frequently asked questions
What is the Inbox?
A holding area for cards, notes and files you captured but haven’t filed yet. Items can be edited, previewed and moved to a deck, a document folder or the media library at any time.
Can I save straight to a deck instead of the Inbox?
Yes. In the Quick create window, choose the deck or folder you want; the Inbox is only the default.
What are the keyboard shortcuts?
⌘J on macOS or Ctrl+J on Windows opens Quick open; ⌘K or Ctrl+K searches decks and cards.
